Professor from the School of Nursing (Lisbon) publishes study in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health

Filipa Reinhardt Andrade, professor at the Nursing School (Lisbon) of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, was recognised internationally with the publication of the study ‘Experiences of Homeless Families in Parenthood: A Systematic Review and Synthesis of Qualitative Evidence’, in Nursing and Society - International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health.

This book celebrates the ‘International Year of the Nurse and Midwife’ with the contribution of nurses to society. We highlight the Professor's chapter from among 30 high-quality scientific articles, offering solid new findings and expanding current knowledge in the field.

This study represents an important step towards sensitising the scientific community and the general public about the challenges faced by homeless families when raising their children, offering valuable insights for future interventions.
