President of Católica is reelected President of the International Federation of Catholic Universities

The 27th General Assembly of the International Federation of Catholic Universities (FIUC) elected on August 3, in Boston, Isabel Capeloa Gil, President of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa (UCP), for the 2nd mandate as President of the Federation, until 2025.

"Legacy and Transformation in a World of Change: Catholic Higher Education and the Future" was the theme of the Federation's 2022 assembly, in which Bishop Boris Gusziak, Chancellor of the Catholic University of Ukraine, was also awarded the FIUC's Sciat ut Serviat Award.

A UCP delegation composed by José Manuel Pereira de Almeida, Vice-Rector, Isabel Vasconcelos, Vice-Rector, and Carla Ganito, Coordinator of International Relations of the Faculty of Human Sciences, joined the President at the meeting that began on July 30 at Boston College and ended today.
