NATO Champions: students explore career opportunities at the Atlantic Alliance

More than 120 students took part in the NATO Champions – Career Opportunities at the Atlantic Alliance session, which aimed to present the range of opportunities available for joining the Alliance, as well as the respective recruitment processes.

The session featured three speakers directly linked to the organisation: Emanuel Joaquim, Diplomat at the Portuguese Delegation to NATO; Nuno Quaresma, Head of the Support and Knowledge Management Unit at the Office of the Secretary General; and Florian Gallice, Programme Manager of the NATO Young Professionals Programme (YPP).

In addition to the presentation of the various programmes available at NATO, with particular focus on the internship programme and the YPP, the session also provided a lively exchange of ideas between speakers and participants.

Organised by the Student and Employability Services of Universidade Católica in Porto, the session took place on 11 March and represented a unique opportunity for students to obtain first-hand information directly from professionals working in the field.
