Lisbon Welcome Day
On 27 September, the Universidade Católica Portuguesa was present at the 4th edition of Lisbon Welcome Day.
The event, promoted by Lisbon City Council and by Erasmus Life Lisboa, within the StudyinLisbon network, in which UCP takes part, seeks to innovate yearly with diverse activities.
This is a day devoted to welcoming foreign students enrolled in degrees or exchange programmes in Portugal, while also promoting the country, and particularly Lisbon.
With a programme including Portuguese classes, music and dance concerts, the day was also marked with a speech by the deputy Mayor of Lisbon City Council, Duarte Cordeiro.

The Universidade Católica has an average employment rate of 98.1% amongst graduates of its bachelor’s and integrated master’s degree programmes, four percentage points above the national average, according to the latest data from the Directorate-General for Education and Science Statistics.
