Isabel Capeloa Gil will be a speaker at the Delphi Economic Forum VI

Isabel Capeloa Gil, Rector of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, will participate in the 6th edition of the Delphi Economic Forum next Wednesday, May 12.

The Rector of UCP will be one of the speakers in the session "Drivers of Economic Growth and Inclusive Prosperity", along with Hiro Nishiguchi (Co-Founder and CEO, Japan Innovation Network - JIN) and Zakri Abdul Hamid (Science Advisor, Campaign for Nature; Advisor to the President, Scientific Islamic Development Bank). The session, which takes place on the third day of the conference, will be moderated by Roberto Alvarez (z, Executive Director, Global Federation of Competitiveness Councils - GFCC).

The 6th edition of the Delphi Economic Forum takes place from May 10 to 15 in Athens, this year commemorating the bicentennial of the Greek Revolution.

The Rector of the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), Fr. Anderson Pedroso, SJ, visited the Portuguese Catholic University, where he was received by the Rector, Isabel Capeloa Gil. The meeting reinforced the ties of academic and institutional cooperation between the two Catholic universities. The visit preceded the launch of the book "Towards a Poetics of Creativity. The Concept of Art in Vilém Flusser," which will take place on 3 November at Brotéria in Lisbon.
