''Health Management Challenges'' discussed at IGOS

The Instituto de Gestão e das Organizações da Saúde (IGOS) of the Viseu Regional Centre organised the conference "Conversations on Health: Health Management Challenges", in which those responsible for the administration of the most relevant Hospital Units in the region addressed the contexts of business management in the health area, which require customized management models to meet the specific challenges of this area.

The managers of the health units present, both public and private hospitals in the region, highlighted these specificities, providing moments of reflection and debate for future managers.
