Faculty of Human Sciences organises 3rd edition of the Lisbon Winter School for the Study of Communication

Media and Propaganda is the topic of the 2023 edition of the Lisbon Winter School for the Study of Communication that each years brings together senior scholars and PhD students to discuss central topics in communication studies. The Winter School takes a global approach to the study of central themes in communication studies. 

The Lisbon Winter School is organised by the Phd Program in Communication Studies and the Research Center for Communication Studies in partnership with the Center for Media@Risk at the Annenberg School for Communication (University of Pennsylvania), the School of Journalism and Communication (Chinese University of Hong Kong), the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism (University of Southern California) and the Faculty of Social Sciences (University of Helsinki).

The 3rd Lisbon Winter School will take place between January 4 and 7 at UCP and Centro Cultural de Belém. Some of the keynotes speakers confirmed include:
