Discover the program of the Transform4Europe Week "Beyond Borders"
The program of the Transform4Europe Week "Beyond Borders" is open to the community of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa. The event will take place from May 20 to 24, with activities to be held in Trieste, Italy, and Koper, Slovenia. Organized by the University of Trieste and the University of Primorska, this week of academic, scientific, and cultural activities welcomes Católica students, faculty, researchers, and staff.
The Transform4Europe Week "Beyond Borders" program includes themes such as Knowledge Entrepreneurship, Environmental Transformation, Digital Transformation, and Societal Transformation. It consists of debates, workshops, lectures, and networking activities, providing an opportunity to deepen knowledge about the ten partner universities of T4EU.
The agenda for this week is tailored to each type of participant:
Undergraduate and master's students can choose three from eight courses, with classes taking place in the morning. Afternoons are dedicated to sports, cultural, and scientific activities.
PhD students can also choose three from six courses, with classes also held in the morning. In addition to extracurricular activities, there are events for research project presentations, and networking, among others.
Some classes will be taught online, before or after Transform4Europe Week, and all courses will be conducted in English. A certificate and 3 ECTS credits will be awarded for each course.
For staff, the program is related to the tasks and working groups they already belong to in Transform4Europe, including meetings and training. They can also participate in various recreational activities, such as excursions and debates.

In addition to the courses, there will also be a program of cultural activities, networking, and the development of cross-cutting skills yet to be disclosed.
