Católica joins European University Alliance Transform4Europe

On Europe Day, May 9, 2022, Universidade Católica Portuguesa (Lisbon, Portugal) and the University of Primorska (Koper, Slovenia) signed a Letter of Intent to join the European University Alliance Transform4Europe (T4EU), which already counts with 7 European universities.

This closer relationship represents one more step in Católica's strategic plan and in its internationalization, through the development of a common objective: transforming Europe through education and training of knowledge entrepreneurs and jointly overcoming of modern challenges.

T4EU members not only share our humanistic values and the outlook of service for the common good, but also diversify and strengthen our geographical and linguistic positioning, and together we will strengthen experiences and ideas in knowledge entrepreneurship for digital, sustainable, environmental, and social transformation.

The Transform4Europe Alliance has shown its strong support to Ukraine by welcoming Mariupol State University, now operating in Kyiv exile, as an associate partner of the Consortium, thus defending European values and scientific freedom.
