Applications are now open for the Summer Visiting Doctoral Research Fellowship at Boston College

Boston College has opened applications for the 2025 edition of the Summer Visiting Doctoral Research Fellowship, aimed at doctoral students with a major project at universities in the Strategic Alliance of Catholic Research Universities, of which the Universidade Católica is a founding member.

To participate in the research program, doctoral students at the Universidade Católica must apply by January 31, 2025.

The research period will take place from June 9 to August 9, during which the fellow may deliver a public lecture. Applicants must submit a CV with their application, describing the research project and explaining how their stay at Boston College will contribute to the overall success of the project.

The initiative, sponsored by Boston College's Office of Global Engagement, includes economy class travel to and from Boston, accommodation provided by the university, a modest stipend to cover living expenses (including the purchase of health insurance by the fellow), and access to the university library and Internet.
