Webinar: "Thinking with and about ethics: from dilemmas to problems"

Católica Porto Business School organises the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer Executive Course webinar, "Thinking with and about ethics: from dilemmas to problems". Thinking about ethical issues from a normative and procedural approach (thinking about ethics) and, at the same time, integrating the thickness of the situations experienced by each of those involved in that same reflective space (thinking ethically) can make all the difference in our organizations, helping to transform dilemmas into problems.

It takes place on 11th April, at 2:30 pm, in an online format (via Zoom), with the participation of Helena Gonçalves, course coordinator, and the coordinator of the Research Integrity Officer Unit, on i3S | Institute of Health Research and Innovation at the University of Porto, Susana Magalhães.

About Susana Magalhães: Coordinator of the Responsible Conduct in Research Unit (Research Integrity Officer) at i3S | Institute of Health Research and Innovation at the University of Porto. She is also an Assistant Professor at Fernando Pessoa University; researcher in the areas of Narrative Medicine and Ethics and Integrity of Scientific Research; certified trainer of the European VIRT2UE Train the Trainer Program; member of the Board of Directors of the Portuguese Scientific Reproducibility Network; coordinator of the Study and Reflection Group on Narrative Medicine (GERMEN); and member of the European Society for Narrative Medicine (EUNAMES).
