Rui Pinto Duarte’s Jubilee Lecture

On 13 May at 2.00 pm, a farewell lecture will be given by Rui Pinto Duarte, a lecturer at the Faculty of Law (Lisbon), on the topic of Shareholders’ Agreements.

Over the last few years, Rui Pinto Duarte has been a member of the Faculty of Law’s teaching staff and has made an invaluable contribution to the development of its academic and teaching programmes.
