Opening Session of the Year Laudato si'

 

With the proposal of Pope Francis for a Laudato si' Year, for a common public commitment to global sustainability, the Universidade Católica Portuguesa invited Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle, who was Archbishop of Manila and is currently the Prefect of the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples, to preside at the Opening Session of the Laudato si' Year at UCP.
