Opening Session of the PhD in Nursing

The Faculty of Health Sciences and Nursing of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa will hold the Opening Session of the PhD in Nursing on September 25, at 3:00 p.m. with transmission to the Porto Campus.

The session will feature institutional speeches, a moment of socializing, and then the Opening Lecture given by Peggy L. Chinn, Professor Emerita of Nursing at the University of Connecticut, entitled “Knowing and Empowering: Nursing's Place in the Academy.”
