May | Month of the Heart

During the month of May, the Nursing School (Lisbon) of the Institute of Health Sciences, will hold a health promotion action at the University campus to mark the celebrations of the month of the heart.

On May 16, between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., the Nursing School (Lisbon) promotes the assessment of blood pressure and body mass index. Along with the exams, advice will be given on the adoption of several healthy life behaviours, namely regarding the prevention of cardiovascular diseases.
