Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics is organising yet another webinar, from the Knowledge conference cycle, under the theme "When to negotiate, when to fight", on May 5, at 5:00 pm.

"In a conflict it is common to point to negotiation as the best way to find a solution. However, sometimes it is necessary to choose other ways, namely the way of confrontation.

Deciding which path we will choose is a difficult decision, in which it is fundamental to be aware of the impact of emotions, counterbalancing them with a cold, calculating and dispassionate analysis of the situation, which in turn should not forget the ethical/moral principles that we neither want nor can compromise".

Moderated by Professor João Matos, the online conference in Portuguese will address this delicate balance.
