First session of the UCP4MENTOR Mentor training programme

The first session of the UCP4MENTOR Mentor Training programme, organised by UCP4SUCCESS will take place on 21 October, between 6pm and 8pm.

In this training, Carolina Cunha and Cristina Basílio will focus on the theme ‘Developing supportive and guiding relationships’.  

The aim is to develop relational skills, providing Mentors with practical and reflective tools that enable them to establish supportive relationships based on active listening, effective communication and constructive management of interpersonal challenges.
