CONFERENCE | ESG, corporate sustainability and new litigation

Under the coordination of Ana Filipa Morais Antunes, the Católica Research Centre for the Future of Law organises the ESG Conference, Corporate Sustainability and New Litigation. 

Gabriela Figueiredo Dias, President of IESBA - International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants, will be the keynote speaker with the intervention "Ethics and Corporate Sustainability: an imperative and a new normative".

After two debate panels, Armando Rocha, Professor at the Lisbon School of the Law Faculty, Universidade Católica Portuguesa, and Coordinator of the Law School Global League (LSGL) Research Group on Environmental Regulation, will close the event, whose intervention will focus on "Strategic litigation: judicial activism or business as usual?"
