Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics will launch the Center on Longevity Leadership on November 25, at 6:00 p.m.
The Center on Longevity Leadership is founded with the mission to equip leaders and organizations to thrive in an era of longevity through research, education and societal impact. By 2030, there will be more than 1.4 billion people aged 60+, reshaping economies, labour markets and communities.
The Center, led by Céline Abecassis-Moedas, will serve as a pioneering platform in Portugal to address these challenges and opportunities, focusing on three key pillars:
Talent: Age-inclusive workforce strategies and lifelong leadership development;
Market: Innovation and insights to leverage the longevity economy;
Society: Driving societal change and policy impact for healthier, inclusive aging.
