Católica Talks | The double-sided nature of plural voting regulation in public limited companies

The Faculty of Law- Lisbon School, Universidade Católica Portuguesa, is organizing a Católica Talks event on January 7th at 12:45 pm, dedicated to the theme "The double-sided nature of plural voting regulation in public limited companies’".

The debate will be presented by Jorge Brito Pereira (FD-UCP), followed by the comment of Ana Perestrelo de Oliveira (FD-UL).
