Católica Talks - Democracy in times of pandemic

In this space for open and informal debate, Miguel Poiares Maduro (FD-UCP) will present the topic "Democracy in times of pandemic", followed by Gonçalo Almeida Ribeiro's (FD-UCP) commentary.
