CASO 2025/2026 Commitment Ceremony

On 19 November, at 6:45 p.m., in the Carvalho Guerra Auditorium, the CASO 2025/2026 Commitment Ceremony will take place.
After about a month of volunteer experience, volunteers from each BE + area are invited to publicly renew their commitment to service and the community, in a moment of celebration shared with University leaders, partner institutions, and other volunteers. This year, 190 regular CASO volunteers will officially begin their journey.
Under the theme ‘Educating in Hope, Training for Life,’ the ceremony programme includes:
- Welcome
- Remarks by the Pro-Rector, Prof. Isabel Braga da Cruz
- Inspirational conversation with José Veiga (former Missão País volunteer) and Benedita Gonçalves (former FLY and Missão País volunteer)
- Volunteer Commitment
- Closing and group photo
