Movember takes to the field on MindCast with an episode dedicated to sports psychology and men's mental health

As part of Movember, MindCast has released a new episode dedicated to sports psychology and men's mental wellbeing. The podcast, developed in partnership between the Católica Marketing Club and the Social Responsibility Office of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, addresses the emotional impact of competition on the lives of athletes, coaches, and technical teams.

The episode features Josué Fonseca, a sports psychologist, who explores topics such as competitive pressure, emotional management at decisive moments, fear of failure, and the difficulty of asking for help. The conversation highlights the ‘invisible side’ of sport, the one that does not appear in statistics but influences every training session, every game, and every decision.

The episode ‘Movember goal kick: the mind also plays’ is now available on MindCast's Spotify.
