The CADOS in collaboration with IPAV - Instituto Padre António Vieira and its Academy of Collaborative Leadership, organizes the 2nd session of the training "Critical Success Factors" dedicated to Communication, on October 10 at 9:30am.
The "Critical Success Factors" training is divided into 5 sessions dedicated to the management of collaborative teams/organizations/networks: Leadership, Communication, Participation, Evaluation and Trust.
A sustainable collaborative project that generates impact requires a leadership capable of mobilizing and inspiring its teams to share a common purpose. It is essential to know how to create shared meanings, through communication capable of decoding personal and organizational values, as well as coordinating the various parties to participate in an effective, efficient and affective way.
The Collaborative Leadership Academy is a learning space on collaboration where the skills of collaborative leaders are developed to promote systemic transformation in the complex contexts they serve. It aims to raise awareness and build capacity in order to promote a collaborative, multi-level, multi-sector culture in complex contexts, through empowerment for collaborative leadership.
This training is in Portuguese and is open to the entire UCP doctoral and post-doctoral community.
