WELCOME to the 6th “INNOVATION, SUSTAINABILITY AND REGENERATION” international Conference – to be held in the Porto campus of Universidade Católica Portuguesa, from 28-29 October 2025.
This conference is an initiative of the INSURE Hub, which is a partnership between Universidade Católica Portuguesa (UCP), through Católica Porto Business School and Faculty of Biotechnology, and Planetiers New Generation.
The aim of the conference is to mobilize both academia (students, researchers, professors) and organizations (professionals, entrepreneurs and leaders) related to businesses of different sizes, industry clusters and trade associations, municipalities, and other) to discuss topics related to innovation and technology, circularity, with the aim to promote science based, and yet practical, sustainability and regeneration.
Year after year we want to bring the state-of-the-art in reflection, opinion and research on the issues that inspire us and are our raison d'être. Listening to experts, sharing practices, learning together and breaking new ground is what makes this conference happen. We aim to enable transformations in close articulation to impact investments – where the focus is the true dynamics of our ecosystem.
We strongly welcome the submission and presentation of abstracts around the themes of regeneration and sustainability from academics as well as from applied work in industry.”
The official language of the conference will be English.
Therefore, all contributions must be in English and no translation service will be provided.
