Professor
PhD in Social Work from the Faculty of Human Sciences (FCH-UCP Lisbon), Master and Degree in Social Work from the Catholic University of Portugal - Braga Regional Centre.
Between 2006 and 2007, she was Technical Director of an IPSS in the area of ageing, between 2009 and 2012 she designed (in co-authorship) and advised three social projects funded by POPH in the area of Gender Equality, Domestic Violence and Human Trafficking. Since 2015, she has been part of the Board of Directors of the Braga Solidarity Centre - Projecto Homem (in the area of Addictive Behaviours and Dependencies).
