The CIGMA Global Management Impact Barometer, developed in partnership with KPMG, is the Centre’s flagship diagnostic tool.
It assesses how organisations are positioned for the future across three critical dimensions of global management:
- Leadership & Governance – the quality of leadership at the top, clarity of direction and the effectiveness of governance bodies in decision-making and oversight.
- Innovation & Strategic Agility – the ability to innovate, adapt business models, use data and technology, and respond quickly to changes in markets, regulation and competition.
- Long-Term Value & Global Footprint – how the organisation creates and protects value over time, manages critical resources and relationships, and positions itself within global value chains.
The Barometer provides a structured view of the organisation’s starting point and helps Boards, Executive Committees (ComEx) and owners identify priorities for their management and governance agenda.
